Congrats! Looks like the Aces are in good "hands" the next 3 years.
(Against SIU tonight)....Jason Holsinger led the Aces with 17 points, and became the leading freshman scorer in UE's Division I history with 365, surpassing the 359 of Parrish Casebier in 1991. Junior Matt Webster added 15 and Kyle Anslinger scored 11. UE's entire tournament roster returns in 2006-07
Now we need to go JUCO shopping for a ferocious rebounder!
(Yeah, yeah, yeah, its EvanSville)

If this year wa good, wait until next year in The Valley!
Holy crap, is this league on a roll, or what?
What I have seen of this kid he is going to be a baller!! I think the guards in this league are as good, and will be the best, as anyones guards in the country. (Especially PG's) Holsinger's game is the most complete of all the young Valley's PG's, he can shoot, drive, pass and take care of the ball and lead his team. Congrats to you Holsinger! Holsinger, Mullins, Dotzler, and Brauer......wow I'd take anyone of them!

AceDad, I have said this before and I feel compelled to say it again. Bradley Strickland is the Valley Mystery Player of the Year.
The Aces were just killed on the boards yesterday.
Good luck in getting better players.

Holsinger is the small town point guard that UE has been recruiting since I can remember. They finally got it right. I look forward to his three remaining years. Congrats Jason. :D

Not trying to incite all the SIU fans, but Holsinger really should have won FOY..... I guess when your team sucks so bad, it's hard to argue too vehemently...

Agree with FOY comment. Mullins is a great defender and had a great season, but Holsinger is a better scorer, shooter and was more valuable to his team. :o
