Like the new MVC website. :valley:
Lots of new stuff. Check out the 'One Shining Moment' video from the conference tourney on the men's basketball page. Maybe this is a preview to streaming video from games.

It seems like no one has taken the time to mention the fact that there are now season passes for watching games streaming online across all schools that do any streaming. I know that the interest in season passes for volleyball, soccer, etc. might not be high, but I would have figured that this would get some interested, considering that it WILL happen for basketball, too.

Is it just me, or is that really expensive? I mean...sixty bucks for streaming video of college soccer? They are aware that I can stream every game of MLS for about twenty bucks (IIRC), right? I might pay $60 for basketball, but not for soccer or volleyball.

The real question is why anyone would watch college soccer (or any soccer) on TV, let alone on the internet and pay for it.

I might consider it for volleyball :naughty:

It's weird, the old site referred to us as UNI and this one has us as Northern Iowa. I must say, I liked the UNI better.

Other than that, looks good.

Mom and Dad might pay $60 to watch Jr. play soccer.

The $59.95 package appears to include "everything" - from September through May. That would be soccer, basketball, volleyball, baseball or anything else webcast. There's another package for $9.95 a month that appears to cover everything offered in a specific month regardless of the sport.

That is a decent value and an outstanding opportunity for Valley fans who no longer live near the school they attended or for family, friends and fans of Valley athletes.

There are 2 $59.95 packages, one for soccer and one for volleyball. They only cover those sports, unfortunately. Nothing has been set in stone for basketball, yet. Rest assured, there will be something for basketball.
