lets see, other thing i can think of is the vast differences, white collar vs blue collar
all the rich kids go to crieghton, silver spoon up the asses, brand new stadium, tea and crumpet fans,
siu is more of a working class, state school, rowdy fans, most of them need to work part time jobs in order to afford to go to college
complete opposite in schools

Before anyone from CU :blowup: at me, let me go on record in posting that I saw evidence of the latter with my own eyes 4 years ago at the Valley tourney.

That will be tough since Bob Jones University doesn't play athletics intercollegiately. But you're right, those kids probably deserve a trip to the Sweet 16.

Not really. Playboy Magazine has ranked UCSB and ASU for hottest coeds for many years. Sure there's going to be a few, but relatively speaking, especially back in the day, there were very few "business-class" coeds (see the movie "Swingers" to understand what I'm trying to say politely).

Do Southern Illinois fans only hate Creighton for a whole day? Or with Gameday being in Carbondale, for a whole day, will the nation get to see how much Southern Illinois fans hate Creighton? I'm just a bit confused.
And how come there is a T in CR8TON and not a T in H8? To be consistent, shouldn't it either be CR8ON and H8, or CR8TON and H8T?
Also, hate is such a harsh word. Wouldn't it be more sportsmanlike and friendly to say you really want to beat Creighton, not that you hate them. Afterall, hate is bad, that's why the country adopted hate crimes. Hatred is now criminal. So, if you hate Creighton, are you admitting to being a criminal?

Since I was at the game in Carbondale last year, I know they don't "hate" us. Sure they yelled a few things of how much they cared for my blue clothing. They yelled it loud and in unison. I even have a picture in my bar standing in the SIU student section getting the bird flipped at me. But in reality there a bunch of pussycats. They love us and wear blue when alone.

Last year it was just a set price. For some reason my wife bought it for me and let me take a friend of mine. I think I screwed up when I told thousands of people how much fun I had last year. I bet the price goes way up. I would love to go again but if it gets too high I wouldn't mind doing the Indiana State, Evansville trip which usually is all in one. OR I think the MVC baseball tourney would be cool. But if the price is about the same I am going back to Carbondale. Having thousands of cute hard bodied women that love guys dressed in blue is tough to pass up. I felt sorry for them. They all kept saying take me with you and get me out of here. Sad.

You should have seen this party I was at in Corona del Mar (Newport Beach). The gal I went to college with told me to invite a bunch of guys because there were too many chicks there (they all got back from vacationing in St. Tropez). I told her I didn't get her message in time. :innocent:
This other place in the valley is a dive with a karaoke stage. The kicker is that on a certain night of the week, a bunch of porn star chicks go there.

edit: btw, there was just as much silicone in Newport Beach as there is in San Fernando Valley. Only difference is one group goes to the country club to lunch, while the other group goes to town for lunch.

And I will continue to wish I was Dakyne. By the way, my daughter made it back from a summer in Santa Monica in one piece. I don't want to know what happened out there, i'm just glad she is back at the friendly confines of dormatory life at Creighton. Ya right. Outa sight outa mind.
I knew the game was going to be awesome time in Carbondale when just tipping your hat got thousands to yell stuff at you in unison. I need to get dawgbit a copy of the picture in my bar if I get back there this year.

I'm glad things turned out well for your daughter. There's a lot of activity in Santa Monica and on the west side--I'm sure she had fun--the good kind.
Your only mistake was having a daughter instead of having another son. j/k :grin:
