I know this is old news, but the official word came out today that WSU will be playing Wyoming in Casper on December 9th.

http://www.goshockers.com/article.aspx?ID=3954

The thing that I found interesting about this article is the fact that SIU has played Wyoming each of the past three years with two of those games being played at Wyoming. Also, Wyoming is not on SIU's schedule this season.

http://siusalukis.cstv.com/sports/m-baskbl/sched/silu-m-baskbl-sched.html

So, does that mean that SIU took a two-for-one with Wyoming??? If so, where do you Creighton fans get off criticizing WSU's games with LSU & Syracuse when SIU took a two-for-one with frickin Wyoming? Just some food for thought.

Not a bad opponent at all. They have had some success against the Valley.

Valley vs. Wyoming
2005-06 -- 1-0 (SIU won at Wyoming)
2004-05 -- 1-1 (SIU won at SIU; Wyoming won at Creighton)
2003-04 -- 2-0 (SIU won at Wyoming; CU won at Wyoming)
2002-03 -- 0-1 (INS lost at INS).

Take it to the smack board.

Perhaps SIU fans don't go to the conference forum and post 110 posts on pretty much every issue with oral diarrhea so no one knew about their 2 fer.

If they did a 2 fer, that sucks.

It was supposed to be a 1-1-1. The 3rd game was going to be part of a tournament. The tournament fell through and SIU ended up at Wyoming again. Yes it did suck.

Where was the neutral?

And Blueblood, if Turg is the baby you make him out to be, do you think you could have Dana teach him the pouty stomp? Maybe then Turgeon can be equal to Dana (isn't that a girls name?).

If only the rest of the Valley teams would practice as hard as the Shocks--it would be a better basketball world for all those involved

I admire your research to back up your team's coach. But nowadays "Dana" is a girls name. Like "Sarah", or "Emily".

So when was Wyoming in the Final Four? 2001? Is that why the beacon light of the conference took the 2-1 with them?

You freak'in got to be kidding me! This guy researched his coaches first name and broke out the lineage with the support of a graphical chart. Dude either lives with his mom in the basement, is unemployed and sleeps by the computer like NEO from the Matrix, or is the actual Dana and took your post a little too personal. I'm so embarassed for him.
