How could Duke overwhelmingly be #1 in the AP, but #11 in the Coaches poll? Gonzaga #5 and not even in the Coaches poll? Something is not right here...

In all seriousness, it is the right poll. What it shows me is an East Coast media bias. I don't understand how Duke can be on top and Kansas so low. As for no Valley representation, I think Dawgie is really not an architect, but a member of the media, and as a self-professed Democrat, he voted twice.

Yea, that poll cant be right. Glad it was figured out that the poll is from the end of last regular season.

If that indeed were the official AP preseason poll, then the first mere glance should tell you that something is way wrong. Nobody is dumb enough (not even Fudge Packer or Nance-y Boy) to pick Florida as low as 11th. Plus not to mention the myriad of other moronic picks (if this were preseason this year)... Duke 1st, Pitt 16th, Illinois 13th, etc.
