Ouch....definitely don't want those 8-9 seeds.

It's going to be tough for the 2nd and 3rd bids from the MVC to crawl out of the abyss seeds (7, 8, 9, 10)...if a 4th team from the MVC shows up, they'll probably have a seed similar to BU last season.
The 1st bid from the MVC will likely be 6th or better (based on many of these projections).

Yikes! Looking at that bracket, I don't think the Bears want anything to do with Kevin Durant in the first round and then, if they win, Tyler Hansbrough in the second round.

I wouldn't mind playing Texas. They're a freshman-dominated team that's never had to play in anything resembling the tournament. Durant could score 40 and the Bears could still win.

I don't much care who the Bears play, as long as they're doing it in the Dance.

True enough. Being born in TX, I am a bit of a 'Horns fan, but I'd be completely behind the Bears in this one. It could be an interesting matchup. We both took OK State to OT this year.
But, as MSU Bleeds Maroon pointed out, as long as they make it to The Dance, that's the main thing.

Durant would shock the Bears with his length and athleticism.
But bring them on!

The Bears didnt have much of an answer for Alando Tucker, but they still walked away with a win. Bring on the 'Horns. :bears:

Mo State would score about 900 points on Texas.

I think you're all being quite premature. Talking about seeds and opponents is a little ridiculous with some huge conference games yet to be played, not to mention the conference tourney. On the remaining games rides all those hopes and dreams.
