Has anyone ever been to the ACC tourney If so, do you have any thoughts on how to get tickets withouth paying a scalper an exorbitant price?

I work with a Tar Heel dude.
He said my best bet is to hang out at the arena after the first day of games. Losing fans will be trying to unload their tickets for the next day's games.

Some day, maybe I'll get to go to St. Louis.
