Not surprised at the result, a little surprised that Les did not get more.:lol: Couldn't resist. I do think Les did a remarkable job adapting to his personnel and getting a better result than anticipated and he should have been given more credit for that. SIU's run at the end of the season was very impressive though, and Lowery deserves credit for that.

The only one that could be in trouble outside of Royce retiring is Merfeld. Jake, Turg, and Porter are 100% safe

The best thing about this is that SIU will be looking for a new coach....again. Maybe there's a 22 year old assistant on staff.

As much as I hate Merfeld, He'll be back next year. He just got a verbal commitment out of Texas...

Wait, maybe he'll fall on his a** tonight and get kicked out and then maybe the university will buy him a bus ticket out of town...
