Does IlSU have a good travelling fan base? Such a weird set of towns -- almost nobody that lives here is really a local. Everyone moves into town with their favorite team from somewhere else. I had Ball State tickets and couldn't give them away at work (I was headed to Indy for the Butler game).

He's far and away the best player on the team. That's not ideal since he is a freshman.

As for the game, we flat out blew it. Indiana St. played the full complete game. Tough way to end the season. Congrats to the Sycs and hopefully Royce gets his 600th tomorrow. I've always enjoyed talking with him. Being a good guy doesn't always equal to success always in coaching. Hopefully he finds a good job as an analyst or a coach somewhere else.

Can't wait til next season now to see the Birds emerge. I really think with the addition of Sead, Dinma, Rubin, and one other big man, we will take a step up.
