View Full Version : Bradley picks up commit from Juco Guard

Bradley got a verbal commit from a Juco guard who was at the NIT game on Wednesday night. Tyrone Cole-Scott from Tyler Junior College in Texas. He averaged 19.7 points as a freshman, and 16.1 points this year while making 185 3's in his two years. He sounds very similar to current Bradley Brave Will Franklin. He had planned to visit Creighton as well. Currently Bradley doesn't have any scholarships for next year so someone must be leaving, and/or someone in their incoming class might not be qualifying. It is the top story at Juco Junction right now:

Why is it than Waterloo can produce D-1 players on a regular basis, but you almost never see a D-1 player out of Des Moines?

So, now both WSU and BU are sitting at one over the limit for next year. And it appears both are going after Howard (TX) juco PF Brandon Sampay.

Wow. I live in Tyler, Texas. I have lots of friends that go to TJC, but I haven't watched an Apache basketball game in 2-3 years. He should be an immediate impact player, though.

I live in Des Moines Iowa and I also have not seen a Tyler JC game or ever seen this kid play, but it is entirely possible that he is good.
