There's been a ton of close games, overtimes all over the place, but for intensity from start to finish without any letup, I vote for the Louisville - A&M game. Course that's the one that we got shown the most of on CBS. Vandy's win over Washington St was another good one, Butler over Maryland and Pitt fighting off VCU. Can't get much more octane B-Ball than what we've had today. Juicy stuff.

my goodness, must every game be close today!!!?!?!?!?

i thought louisville/aTm was the best game because it was close and i think they are both very talented underrated teams.

and i have aTm winning it all.

Sure thought we had them. The ref calling all the fouls has had us 4 times this year and he called 253 fouls all together. Last time he had us, he called 3 fouls on Padgett in 1:30. Basically like he did today. But it was a classic, shame to be on the wrong end.

My team is out, and my bracket is devastated. Basically lost my whole bracket this afternoon lol, typical.

This UNC-MSU game is pretty darn good itself.

Me too, I feel the pain. I had Louisville in the Elite 8. At least they almost came through. Pitino is a great coach for even getting them that close. I do not think they have the talent A&M does. I wonder how long Louisville can keep him - although I hear there is a major new stadium deal at play in Louisville. Without an NBA team to fill it, they will need Pitino to stay.

Vandy-Washington St. was a good one! Happy for Coach Stallings, another Sweet 16 for him.

I thought that game was today's best.

Um Freedom Hall seats almost the same amount as the new stadium roughly 18,800. We have a waiting list for season tickets, and every game has been sold out since the mid-eighties. The new stadium will be sold out, just like the old one. Pitino is pretty happy here, making about 2 million in salary and double or triple that in endorsements. He likes the ponies, which where else is better? he also likes that we are nuts about basketball, but pretty sane rest of the year.

Besides, who would leave when you are bringing back a potential final four team. We lose one senior who plays, Jenkins. Everyone else is back, and most of our starters are either freshmen or sophmores. We only have two schollies available next year, and they are filled already. 2008's recruiting class is loaded with phenoms already, so we're fine for the forseeable.

Throw in the fact we will have a brand new state of the art stadium, dedicated to only college basketball, you'd be nuts to consider leaving.
