Even the greatness that is Mark Cuban could not overcome the choking dog of a town that is Dallas. He should move the team to Oklahoma City and watch the titles roll in.

From the conspiracy desk, Cuban had to know that the NBA machinery would make sure Nelson's team won this round. What better way for the league to tweek Cuban than to make sure first that his Mavericks earn the top seed and Golden State lands in the eighth seed and then have Cuban's Mavericks get run in the first round by a Nelson-coached team.:lol:

I would never accuse Dirk of throwing the series to support his old coach who gave him his start and protected him when Cuban wanted him to play hurt while Nelson was still at Dallas, but conspiracy minds have to wonder how he could have played so horribly. :original:
