That 3 of the 4 MVC teams will be facing a Big East opponent? Statistically that is not possible.


By the way...If the NCAA isn't going to use the rpi then why have it? Anyone notice on CBS that they showed the RPI for all of the teams except the Valley?


We be hosed. I think our best chance is for Bradley at a 13 seed.

Well, we can sure stick it up Digger's rectum if we go 3-0 against Big Least teams.

I'm sure the silence from Digger would be deafening if that happened.

Yeah I agree, Seton Hall shouldn't even be in. If you don't beat em that will be a travesty!

I have to agree. The Shox may have fotten the most favorable matchup in the first round. I think a top Valley team can handle the seventh place Big East team. Go get 'em.

We go 3-0 in round 1 and then Bradley will get a shot at Pitt in round two. This is where we can earn some respect. Win for ourselves, win for the Valley, win for the non-BcS/cBS conferences!!

The committee is notorious for its wry sense of humor. With the hubbub Digger created this week, I'm not surprised at the matchups. It's time for the Valley to put up or shut up.

Wichita State got a VERY nice draw.
First-round against a team that shouldn't have been been in and a potential second-round date against the most overrated team in the field.

If Wichita doesn't choke, they are very well-positioned to make the Sweet Sixteen. Best draw of any Valley team, by far.

With 3 of the 4 Valley NCAA games against the Big East, do you guys think this might have been a little fabricated? I honestly don't know, but seems a little strange after all of this talk about how the MVC will have to legitimize itself against the power conferences by winning games this year in the tournament. What are your thoughts???

My thoughts is that it's time to whoop a little Big East ***, and whoever else gets in the way.

Creighton and Missouri State in the NIT Final while Air Force and Utah State are none and dones would also make everyone at ESPN and CBS cringe.
