Chief Minister of Ugandan Natural Resources, Amade Kaloni reported an anomoly in elephant activity that began Saturday night. It seems that many Ugandan elephants experienced intenstinal distress. As a result, tremendous piles of Ugandan Elephant Dung were visible throughout the country. Kaloni, said the stench would eventually go away. Tribal doctors said that there was a tremendous disruption in the natural order of things somewhere in the universe that caused this massive case of indigestion. They urged all Ugandan women to strip and do the husband dance until this disturbance settles. At last report, women all over Uganda had shed all apparell and were dancing to an odd beat that caused their breasts to rotate in opposite directions. Kaloni dismissed it as superstition, but attended the dances out of politeness.
