Hanover? Will it be Woody Boyd night at the Stadium?

Why is it that we are again on the road for a Bracketbuster game again this year?? We were at Samford lastyear in the BB..

We hosted BracketBuster twice in a row, (Loyola, and Tenn-Martin).

Very winable schedule for the Aces. Lots of mediocre teams and no big conference teams. Basically, you can't look at the non-conference schedule and point to a loss. We played Butler tough in Indy. No reason to think we can't do better at Roberts.

UE is not going to be very good this season as Marty begins to rebuild this broken program. For that reason, the non-conference schedule looks entirely reasonable for me. As this team begins to turn its fortunes around, and I strongly believe they will, fans will see more name opponents. I just hope the Aces' faithful will remain patient.:aces:

I like the soft schedule too. Best to get some wins under your belt before you hit conference play to build some confidence and positive publicity for the new coach.

I too think you have a good shot at Butler and I hope you beat them. The home court should help (should sell quite a few tickets for that game) and I am really not buying into the whole hype around Butler. If you can stop Green (double-team him, whatever it takes) you can win. Graves is not all he is cracked up to be (even though I drive through Switz City all the time and think of him). Once in a while he has a hot shooting game, but most of the time he is throwing up bricks. You guys stop Green and let Graves chuck it all night and you will be right with them.
