At Gameday, when Digger speaks, pretend like you are reading papers. Then when Reece or the other guy talk continue yelling your heads off. Just an idea.

I know the Dawg Pound is going to come up with some amazing ideas for the Gameday Crew. It is going to be awesome.
But, I wouldn't mind seeing some Valley signs/promotion either. Since the game is SIU-Creighton (probably the best conference game the Valley has to offer each year), it would make sense to showcase not only SIU (and Creighton), but also the Valley and help increase our national profile even more.
So, any and all thoughts about what to say/do to Digger and the Gameday Crew to promote the Valley should be considered.
Does anyone know the rest of the schedule for that day? I don't want to take publicity away from SIU (believe me they could use it), but what about a taped/live statement to the Gameday Crew from each Valley school? Like a 1 min. You Tube spot to promote your school/air your mid-major grievances to Digger/ESPN. It would all have to be pre-approved by ESPN probably, but they might be up for it. Like a 8 min. segment, perhaps even Doug Gottleib can weave them all together or something into a funny segment.
Any other ideas how we could share the wealth with the Valley? I know SIU and Creighton should get most of the coverage because of the work they are responsible for in building the league, but there is no reason they can't do a little something for the other Valley schools. It might be a long time until Gameday comes back to a Valley school, so we should find a way to make the most of this.

Wow, those are some really good ideas. Please let the other 8 schools know what time frame allottment is acceptable. We would appreciate that information.
When judgement days comes, the tax is going to be heavy, I promise.

Digger is one of the biggest jagajinskis in the sports world. He has never said or done anything positive for SIU. I would not be the least bit civil toward him so perhaps it's better for the more objective SIU fans to know that I will not be at the game.
