The United States Sports Academy annually presents the U.S. Sports Academy Directors' Cup to the best overall athletic programs at the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I, II and III levels, as well as an to overall winner for the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), in cooperation with National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and USA Today.

Wow, now other people outside of VT are starting to exclude Evansville from the Valley..

you have to have had at least one team qualify for an ncaa championship event (in any sport) to have made this list, I don't think any Evansville teams qualified for an ncaa tournament this past year.
