Georgetown will be a good test. Good teams and some good TV exposure.
I went two years ago and it was a good time (SIU had the biggest group that year). Nice thing is that the family could visit DW and I could spend time with my son at the games. I would just hop out of a park and quickly go watch the games. The facilities are nice and you can get close to the action. I would highly recommend the trip.

Who thinks WSU will get drilled like they have during the last 4-5 games they've played against Big East teams?

On a positive note...............if you drop your first two games you most likely would get to play the pr.....ck Gary Williams Maryland Terrapins. That's as close as he will ever get to HAVING TO PLAY A VALLEY TEAM!
GO VALLEY!

If you lose your first game, your fans have to watch ESPNU. :cursing:

Great exposure for the Valley. WSU can make a strong at-large case (assuming a good conference season) if they can pick up some wins in this tournament. Win the thing and you're going to have a nice battery of quality non-con wins.
However, given what has happened in the past, the talking-heads would certainly bring up how this was "too early in the season".

ESPNU is better than no TV. Most bars get it.

Wow. No one's even challenging my earlier statement. If I say something even remotely positive, even if totally true, the poo-poo birds are out in force. But not now?
