Well, I wasn't a pretty win, but it was a win in the MVC tournament. Sounded like we had open looks at times but couldn't hit, we rushed and took bad shots at times, and we turned the ball over on consectutive trips down the floor at times. But in the end we had more points than they did, and that is all that matters. I look for us to play tough tomorrow night with SIU, with SIU pulling it out in the end. I would like for us to pull it out, but SIU is playing for too much (tournament bid, losing at UE) and they will want the win more than us. But apparently one loss to UE didn't hurt SIU's chances in the NCAAs (according to the chairperson) would two losses to them?

I have never seen Neil Plank play a worse game in his whole life. The ISU fans sitting by us were really upset that Moser stuck with him throughout the whole game. They were laughing at Fortes because he missed so many shots and turned the ball over way too much.
