Why should any MVC team play Maryland? That will just hurt the conference RPI!

Maybe Gary will be visiting an MVC school too. I doubt he'll be in MD long after losing at home in the first-round of the NIT, so he'll be looking for a job. How often has that happened to a #1 seed in the NIT?

MVC vs. Maryland: The Missouri Valley Conference isn't letting Gary Williams off the hook. More than half the schools in the league have called the Maryland offices to schedule a home-and-home series with the Terps in response to Williams' tough-talking quotes earlier this month in the Washington Post. Love it.

"Fine, except that they came up about 16 points short. But other than that it was a nice visit to Wichita. My, what a beautiful city!!"
