I've caught Valley Fever

I've been a lurker on these boards for awhile now. Just want to join in all the fun now that the MVC has been vindicated by its recent success. I jumped on the bandwagon a while ago, particularly rooting on a fellow "BU", being from Boston University myself. Watching the MVC's games made me realize that college basketball doesn't have to be such an exclusive club anymore, despite the best efforts of certain announcers/media/selection committee. I was laughed at for putting Wichita State and Bradley in my Sweet 16 bracket, and now look who is laughing. I've gotten my whole floor to root for the Valley Teams. In particular, starting a rousing round of singing Boston U's fight song with lyrics adjusted for Bradley...

Go MVC, you've got a ton of "underdog" supporters across the nation in faraway places. Though really, that underdog moniker might not be too appropriate after this year.

Thanks rewind, and welcome aboard! As for your mysterious "Valley Fever" condition, grab a couple of beers Thursday and watch the BU-Memphis game. On Friday, repeat the process during the Wichita State-George Mason game. Repeat on Saturday and Sunday, as necessary!

Welcome aboard, (I'd guess) Boston U. fan. At least we owe you one thing...without y'all, CBS would have just put BU on the screen, and then we wouldn't have gotten the joy of a "BRAD PITT" on the screen for the entire game. You guys have a class program.
